Subscription Terms

By choosing a subscription (“Subscribe & Save”) on our product pages, you agree to the following terms:

1. How your subscription works

When you place an order with a subscription, you authorize us to automatically create recurring orders for the selected product at the interval you chose (e.g. every 30 days). Each subscription order will be processed and charged using the payment method you provided at checkout.

2. Billing & renewals

Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment, until you cancel.

The amount charged will include:

• 
  the product price for your subscription (including any “Subscribe & Save” discount), and
  
• 
  applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  

If prices change in the future, we will notify you by email before your next renewal.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal is processed.

To cancel, you can:

• 
  use the “Manage Subscription” link in your order confirmation or customer account, or
  
• 
  contact us at info@shopselyra.com and request cancellation.
  

Cancellations apply to future charges only and do not automatically refund orders that have already been processed or shipped.

4. Changes to your subscription

You may be able to update your delivery interval, shipping address, or payment method through your subscription portal.

If you need help changing your subscription, please contact us at info@shopselyra.com before your next renewal date.

5. Failed payments

If a payment cannot be processed (for example due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we may:

• 
  attempt to charge the payment method again, and/or
  
• 
  contact you to update your payment details.
  

If we are unable to process your payment, your subscription may be paused or canceled.

6. Returns & refunds for subscription orders

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund & Shipping Policy.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to info@shopselyra.com and our customer care team will assist you.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to new renewals going forward. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via our website.
